• 9h30 :   Danse Aérienne hamac niveaux hanche - dés 12 ans ou 8 ans accompagné d'un adulte,  Enfant - Ado - Adulte.  

• 10h00 :  Yoga Aérien hamac niveaux hanche - Ado -Adulte 

• 10h30 :  Aérien Sculpt (renforcement hamac niveaux genoux Ado - Adulte  

• 11h00 :  Circuit training Adulte

• 11h30 :  Yoga dansé Ado - Adulte

• 13h30 :  Yoga Vinyasa Ado -Adulte

• 14h00 :  Zumba Ado -Adulte

• 14h30 :  Zumba enfant 6-10ans

• 15h00 :  Hip-hop enfant 10-12 ans

• 15h30 :  Hip-hop  ado 13 -16+

• 11h30 :  Strong Nation Adulte

• 13h30 :  Aérien Sculpt (renforcement hamac niveaux genoux Ado - Adulte  

• 14h00 :  Yoga dansé Ado - Adulte

• 14h30 :  Yoga Vinyasa Ado -Adulte

• 15h00 :  Zumba enfant 6-10ans

• 15h30 :  Danse commerciale ado 13 -15

• 16h00 :  Danse commerciale 16 - adulte
